最快乐的减压和健身方式——跳舞！

五个月，在尝试芭蕾、拉丁和爵士之后，又跟着美女老师学完了一支肚皮舞。
没想到老师安排这个周六一次小型的表演活动，让我上场，昨晚还特别去排练。
这可是有史以来第一次公开秀舞姿哦，如果读幼儿园中班时那次六一汇演不算的话。

肚皮舞是一种既动感、又妖娆、且充满表现力的舞蹈，
需要节奏的把握，身体的控制，还有情绪的投入。

学了舞蹈之后再看 shakira 在演唱 hips don’t lie 中的舞姿，
实在是欣赏和羡慕的不得了，那样的表现力绝对不是一般舞者可以做到的。

曲调的异域风情很浓，又充满流行动感的元素，sakia独特靓嗓和黑人搭档的说唱功力完美演绎。
一听这首歌就算再低落的情绪也会被舞动起来，难怪会被选为2006世界杯的决赛曲目。

2006mtv颁奖大典上，随着悠扬笛声sakia曼妙的印度舞姿入场，超级的妖娆，
接下来的4分钟里面，肚皮舞、印度舞、西班牙舞和 hip pop的结合，
把现场的情绪瞬间点燃，就算现在回顾录像都能感觉到阵阵舞蹈的热浪。

为什么今晚想说说关于跳舞的事情呢？
因为想让自己更加乐观、更加振奋一些来面对生活，这就是舞蹈给我的感觉，给我的收获。
这种感觉是会传染的，彭彭上周正式成为我的舞友，我们一起学跳舞，一起分享生活的乐趣。
